• Stale Ready OperationsDaily: TimelockController operations ready >7 days but neither executed nor cancelled (state read on-chain via getTimestamp); one silent alert per operation showing the timelock, readiness date, call details, and schedule transaction link, with an omitted-call count when details exceed the message budget

Alerts are also streamed toTelegramin real time.
